Please Note:
To get a BBQ machine for on-site cooking:

  • There must be a minimum of 300 halves
  • A machine needs to be available (So get your date booked before all the machines are spoken for)
  • We need electricity or generator at location
  • Weather permitting

CHOOSE A LOCATION:
You may choose to have the fundraiser at your location, or it may benefit your to hold the fundraiser at a location that offers more exposure. For example, the West Edge Mall in Auburn is a great location. It’s important to choose a location that not only has a lot of traffic, but is also easy for cars to pull in and out of.
CHOOSE A DAY:
For example, Friday from 4-7 p.m. is a great time. It’s been a long week, and many families are looking for a quick dinner. Saturday morning from 10-1 p.m. has also proven to be a successful day. Make sure to look at your community calendar – holding your fundraiser in conjunction with community events can help profits soar.

PRESELL TICKETS:
Get your group involved! Arrange to have tickets available for them to sell prior to the event. Let them help spread the word for the fundraiser by sharing information with family, friends and social media.
ADVERTISE:
Create an event on your group Facebook or personal Facebook page and invite facebook friends and family. High’s Catering will do the same by adding your fundraiser to our website calendar!
